[Explanation] This year's No. 9 typhoon "Lu Bi" brought heavy rain to the coast of Fujian.

Severe waterlogging occurred in many parts of Fuzhou City, and many shops and residential buildings were flooded.

The typhoon passed, the heavy rain stopped, and the people began to produce and save themselves.

On the afternoon of August 7, the reporter went to visit Minhou County, Fuzhou High-tech Zone and other places.

[Explanation] Nanyu Town in the Fuzhou High-tech Zone was hit hard by this heavy rain. In the area around Qishan Wanfo Temple, almost all the businesses along the street were soaked by the flood.

When I came here again, the reporter saw that rubbish piled up everywhere on the street, and people were busy cleaning up the debris and sand in the shops and washing household items.

The continuous heavy rainfall caused the water level to rise, which many people did not expect.

[Concurrent] Mr. Jiang, a disaster-affected citizen

Today, I cleaned up at 7 o'clock in the morning, and there may be one-third of it left uncleaned. The cushion is very high. As soon as the water overflows, it will float up, and it will all be drained.

Yesterday (afternoon) from one to three o’clock, the water was so fast that it rose up all at once, and it was too late to move. I swam out from here. The water was so high that I couldn’t get out.

[Explanation] Huang Meijing runs a snack bar in a street shop. In this flood, her shop was washed away by the flood.

The TV hanging on the wall still has traces of the water mark.

Maybe you watch TV here, there is a horizontal line, all on this side, and then all of them float up, many of them float up, this cabinet is of the kind of marble, all of them float up, and they are all dumped.

[Explanation] Early in the morning, Huang Meijing and her family started cleaning.

After disinfection and circuit inspection, prepare to reopen.

Because it has been soaked in water, I throw it away, and then disinfect it when the time comes, and then wait for two days and then turn on the electricity. It's buried there.

[Explanation] Afterwards, the reporter went to Shangjie Town, Minhou County. Most of the stagnant water on Guobin Avenue has slowly receded, but some houses still have serious stagnant water.

The area of several shops along the street has not passed the ankle, the further you go, the higher the water level.

[Concurrent] Mr. Lin, a disaster-affected citizen

Now our own drain pump pumps by itself, and the water inside still can't go down. Now, it's very deep, and it's still deep inside.

[Concurrent] Ms. Wan, a disaster victim

I can’t even sweep, but today the water has returned a little bit. I can’t do it before. The water level is still high. I have to move it slowly by myself, and then move it out if the contents are flooded, and then slowly sweep it by myself.

The neighbors next door help out.

[Explanation] Yingtai First City is a residential area in Shangjie Town that has been hit harder by the disaster. At 3 pm, the stagnant water here is still deep.

At the gate of the community, several large-scale dragon water-absorbing equipment are running at full capacity to drain waterlogging.

[Concurrent period] Mr. Xue, a disaster-affected citizen

If the store is inside me, it may be about 15 cm. If it is the deepest outside, I guess it is 50 or 60 cm.
