The phenomenon will continue at night and in the morning on August 10 and 11, ”the publication says.

Taking into account the possible harm of such temperatures to plantings, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Kamchatka Territory advises farmers to cover the plants with polymer film or straw for protection and prepare equipment for cold weather.

At the same time, anomalous heat up to + 40 ° C is expected in a number of regions of Russia - maximum temperatures, presumably, will be recorded in Dagestan, Chechnya and Ingushetia.
