Tochigi Prefecture and Utsunomiya City announced on the 7th that they have confirmed that 164 new people have been infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
This is the third largest announcement of the day so far.
The number of people confirmed to be infected in Tochigi Prefecture is 9,216.
