Typhoon "Lu Bi" will affect the eastern and southern waters

  The tropical depression after the weakening of Typhoon No. 9 this year strengthened to tropical storm level in the coastal waters of eastern Fujian on the evening of the 6th. At 5 o'clock in the morning on the 7th, its center was located in the Taiwan Strait about 145 kilometers west of Taipei City, Taiwan Province, my country. Inside, it is expected that the center of the typhoon will slowly move eastward, approaching the northwestern coast of Taiwan Island, and gradually weaken and disappear (see Figure 2).

  Affected by the "Lu Bi" and the southwest monsoon, from 08:00 on the 7th to 08:00 on the 8th, there will be areas in the south of the East China Sea, the east of the South China Sea, the Bashi Strait, the Taiwan Strait, the east of Taiwan, and the coastal areas of Zhejiang, Fujian and Taiwan. Strong winds of 6 to 7, among which the northern part of the Taiwan Strait, the northwestern coast of Taiwan Island, the southeastern ocean of Taiwan, and the eastern part of the East China Sea can reach winds of 8 to 9 and gusts of 10 to 11; some areas such as Taiwan Island have strong winds. When it comes to heavy rains, there are heavy rainstorms locally, among them, there are extremely heavy rainstorms (250-350 mm) in the central and southern part of Taiwan Island.

Specific forecasts for the next three days

  From 08:00 on August 7 to 08:00 on August 8, there were heavy rainstorms in parts of the eastern part of Southwest China, Taiwan Island and other places. Among them, there were heavy rainstorms in parts of eastern Sichuan Basin, northern Guizhou, and Taiwan Island, and central and southern Taiwan Island. Locally heavy rainstorm (250~350mm).

There are 4 to 6 winds in the eastern part of Northwest China and other places (see Figure 3).

  From 08:00 on August 8 to 08:00 on August 9, there were moderate to heavy rains in eastern Southwest China, southeastern Northwest China, central North China, central Guangdong, central and southern Taiwan Island, among which heavy rains occurred in Chongqing, northern Guizhou, and southern Shaanxi. , Chongqing, northern Guizhou and other places have heavy rain to extreme heavy rain (250-280 mm) (see Figure 4).

There were heavy rains or heavy rains (100-180 mm) in parts of southeastern Tibet, central and southwestern Hubei, western Hunan, central and southern Chongqing, northeastern and southwestern Guizhou, and eastern Yunnan.

There are 4 to 5 winds in parts of northeastern Heilongjiang (see Figure 5).

Influence and concern

  The influence of the tropical depression after the weakening of "Lu Bi" on the wind and rain on the coast of Fujian, the southern part of the East China Sea, and the northeastern part of the South China Sea;
