"The head of the EMERCOM of Russia, Evgeny Zinichev, is making a working trip to the regions of the Far East, where a difficult flood situation is currently developing," the agency reports.

It is noted that Zinichev discussed with the Governor of the Amur Region Vasily Orlov measures to reduce flood damage, emergency work and targeted assistance to the population.

As specified, in the Amur region, in 29 settlements, 105 residential buildings and 1309 household plots are flooded.

Earlier it was reported that due to the aggravated flood situation in Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur and a number of districts of the Khabarovsk Territory, the authorities introduced an emergency regime.
