Now elections are often viewed as a technological and propaganda master key in order to shake the political system of a country, to impose accusations in the spirit of a democratic inquisition that does not require proof.

For example, you can declare a mythical interference in electoral procedures. Even suspicions about such interventions, and play this disc for years. In this case, the long-term nature of the existence of such a propaganda myth will become the main proof of its reality. You can start shouting about the absence of free elections, their illegitimacy due to endless violations. The right word, what kind of legitimacy can there be when the existing regime in one country or another does not like it, for various reasons does not suit it? Therefore, under this cover it is quite possible to try to carry out a coup, like last year in Belarus.

It should be understood that the upcoming elections to the Russian parliament will also not be ignored by the biased progressive public.

They will try to impose on them the necessary propaganda vestments in the context of our democratic inferiority and apostasy, as well as to give an appropriate ideological background.

Everything in order to make a twist of what is happening, to turn everything inside out.

There will be many emotions, acting, pretentious accusations and statements.

Scenarios for such actions, apparently, have long been developed, the actors lined up to start playing their part.

It has already begun.

A curtain.

The OSCE has already announced that it will not send its observers.

Say, Russia has set tough conditions and restrictions.

Therefore, we got into an ultimatum pose.

Indeed, the horror: they were going to send a detachment of 500 people, but Russia agreed due to coronavirus restrictions only 60. An outrageous nightmare and arbitrariness! Moreover, there were only 30 observers and 11 experts at the presidential elections in the United States, which is understandable - there is an outpost of democracy and there can be no violations, and if there was anything, it seemed or it was the tricks of Russian hackers. There are no general rules of control over election procedures, although Russia has repeatedly insisted on their development. Hence the feeling is created that the Russian elections are ten times more important for the OSCE than the American ones, or they want to establish a special look after Russia. The organization insists on its right to determine the quantitative composition of observers. What is the logic of this definition is unknown, but there is a feeling thatthat it is very much tailored to the existing political environment.

Hence, questions arise about the personnel of the vast amphibious assault force of observers.

To their unbiasedness.

What organizations represent, did they only plan to limit themselves to the function of impartial observation?

In winter, there were already precedents when foreign diplomats attended uncoordinated protests in a united crowd.

It is possible that even now the declared army could be composed of very specific personnel with predictable views on our country.

It could well have been a politically motivated selection of candidates, so that after they testified about violations, horrors and nightmares.

We are witnessing an obvious "political demarche".

This is how Leonid Slutsky, chairman of the State Duma's international affairs committee, called the OSCE decision.

This demarche opens up a lot of room for "creativity", and then you can sculpt anything on its basis.

At least blame Russia for being closed, for not letting observers go to the polls on a whim.

You can whip up hysteria to such an extent that the elections themselves cannot be recognized.

Reveal new evidence that Russia has finally turned off the democratic path.

An excellent excuse for sanctioning attacks again.

You can try to raise a wave of popular anger.

As it goes, the main thing is to throw a stone, prepare opportunities for subsequent claims and scenario moves.

“References to the impossibility of carrying out a monitoring mission in a reduced volume are not entirely consistent and are more consistent in the spirit of the notorious double standards,” the same Slutsky said about the OSCE decision.

The Russian parliamentarian-internationalist noted the politicization of the decision and again compared it with the recent delegation at the elections in the States, where observers “such a quota did not interfere with their activities in any way”.

Although it is quite possible that in Russia there was a desire not only to observe, but even to take an active part, to control.

By the way, commenting on the OSCE decision, Deputy Foreign Minister Oleksandr Grushko said that observation can easily be transformed into an “instrument of election control”.

And such control, as you know, very quickly takes the form of intervention ...

According to the diplomat, the current demarche only "discredits the mechanism of international election observation." But, again, it should be understood that the presence-absence of OSCE observers has nothing to do with the legitimacy of the elections being held. In fact, this is their own business, which is what they declare when determining the composition. The elections themselves are the sovereign affair of the country that holds them. Moreover, with their own national characteristics, the States will not let anyone lie.

It must be said that the current OSCE decision fits into a completely clear context. On July 15, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament adopted a report, which calls on the EU countries not to recognize the results of the Russian elections to the State Duma if they are held in violation. Non-recognition should be followed by the suspension of Russia's participation in international parliamentary assemblies. These are the guidelines and instructions. Violations are already being "sewn up" to us. Hand-wringing and lamentations have already begun that Russia is going to hide and falsify the election results.

The same report also spoke about the need to activate "democratic impulses in Russia."

European officials who have scattered the document hope that "changes in Russia are possible."

They intend by the whole democratic world to compel our country to these "changes" that their passionate hearts demand.

So the representative of the US State Department, Ned Price, speaking about the current situation, said that "Russia will not escape international attention."

The chain reaction started.

Something is being started.

Alas, very predictable.
