The Ningde City Meteorological Observatory stated that due to the slow movement of the typhoon, the long impact time and the large accumulated rainfall, the focus is to prevent secondary disasters such as mountain torrents, urban and rural waterlogging, floods in small and medium-sized basins, landslides, and mudslides that may occur in areas with continuous heavy rainfall.
This year's No. 9 typhoon "Lu Bi" weakened into a tropical depression at 5 o'clock today. At 8 o'clock, the center is located on the sea surface in the east of Longhai County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. The maximum wind force near the center is 7 (15 m/s).
It is expected that the center will slowly move north to east at a speed of about 5 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity.
According to the flood control office of Ningde City, the accumulated rainfall for a total of 24 hours from 8 am on the 5th to 8 am on the 6th was more than 50 mm in 90 townships in 9 counties and cities, of which 34 in 7 counties and cities exceeded 100 mm.
