An explosive video.

Thursday, Major Lazer unveiled the rather spectacular clip of

It's cooked

, in feat with Swae Lee and Aya Nakamura.

The singer appears there as an imperturbable queen in the midst of chaos and riots, in an apocalyptic universe strewn with rubble.

"But me, I walk on instinct / Do you feel this energy? / I want to feel that until the end / Otherwise it's dead, I'll take my course", sings in particular Aya Nakamura, with confidence and serenity.

" She is unique "

Directed by Simon Cahn, this clip was shot last May at Bois-l'Abbé in Champigny-sur-Marne,

Le Parisien

reported in the spring

.

Nearly 80 residents of the neighborhood also took part in the filming.

The song, meanwhile, appears on the reissue of

Music is the Weapon

by the group Major Lazer.

A collaboration with Aya Nakamura who was obviously very close to the heart of Diplo, one of its members.

"I wanted to work with her for a long time, she is unique, she is the queen of this mixture of sounds, a little West Africa, a little Caribbean too, a little zouk, a little dancehall, a little Afro -pop, he told AFP recently.

I was sure she would stick with Major Lazer's style and attitude.

And it must be said that the result is particularly successful.
