The APHM, the university hospitals of Marseille, communicated this Friday on the situation.
Currently, 130 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, including 35 in intensive care.
The average age of hospitalized people is 55 years in intensive care and 54 years outside.
Hospital management adds that none of the patients admitted to intensive care were fully vaccinated.
In “simple” hospitalization, the APHM doctors noted that 10% of those admitted had received both doses.
Since August 1 of last year, 806 people have died from Covid-19 at APHM.
