Later, the reporter was worried that he would be fined for speeding. The store directly stated that “no one was checking” and pointed to a takeaway guy who was refitting an electric car in the store and said: “It’s all being refitted. The speed of 25 kilometers can’t deliver takeaway at all.”

According to the website of the market supervision department, a qualified electric bicycle shall not exceed 1100mm in height, the width of the body shall not exceed 450mm, and the height of the saddle shall not exceed 635mm.

When the store completed all the modifications, the length, width, and volume of the electric car became significantly larger, exceeding national regulations.
