When Britney Spears' lawyer promised an "aggressive approach" if his father did not resign himself from his role as guardian, he was not lying.

Mathew Rosengart has just filed a petition with the court asking the judge to seriously accelerate the procedure for the end of the guardianship of his client.

The next hearing is set for September 29, which is far too long.

“Two months of waiting for a hearing might not seem meaningful in the context of 13 years (of guardianship), but Miss Spears should not be forced to continue to feel traumatized, lose sleep and suffer even more.

Every day counts ”, asserts Mathew Rosengart in his request relayed by the New York Times.

And that's not all: he asks for the "immediate suspension" of Jamie Spears from his role as guardian.

"Every day that passes is a day of suffering and harm that could be avoided to Miss Spears and her fortune," adds the star's lawyer.

Dependent

Mathew Rosengart proposes to replace Jamie Spears with a temporary guardian, Jason Rubin, who would ensure the transition until the end of the guardianship.

He is the president and co-founder of Certified Strategies Inc., according to Newsweek, a company specializing in trust management.

The man describes himself as having experience in “litigation over financial abuse of the elderly”.

This financial specialist would have been chosen by Britney Spears herself and, according to People, she counts on him to "examine all accounts" on the 13 years of guardianship.

The star has promised to sue his father and will therefore begin with the examination of his finances, which Jamie Spears has been managing for thirteen years without the interpreter of
