On August 5, this year's No. 9 typhoon "Lu Bi" brought heavy rain to Fuzhou, and some roads in Fuzhou City showed water to varying degrees.
Affected by "Lu Bi", there were heavy to heavy rains in eastern and southern Fujian, with heavy rains in parts of the eastern part and extremely heavy rains locally.
To this end, the Fuzhou Meteorological Observatory changed and issued a red rainstorm warning signal at 13:3 on the 5th.
