  The Fujian Provincial Defense Index and the comprehensive experimental areas of Fuzhou, Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou, and Pingtan have successively upgraded their emergency response to Level III, and Ningde, Putian, Longyan, and Nanping have successively launched Level IV emergency response.

  Up to now, a total of 51,839 cadres in various districts and cities in Fujian (an increase of 27,405 from the 4th) and 25,147 people transferred (an increase of 22,176 from the 4th); no casualties and no disaster reports have been received.
