Chen Junan contacted the customer by telephone in time, explained the charging standards in detail, and worked out the details of the expenses clearly, and finally got the other party's understanding.

  In addition to dispatching, Chen Junan will also take the initiative to develop sending customers, taking every dispatch as an opportunity to develop customers.

He believes: "Whether it can be timely, safe, and honest also determines whether the customer will give you the order. In normal work, the customer's needs should be regarded as the work goal, not just the delivery of the goods."

  Guangzhou Xumei Beauty Salon Equipment Co., Ltd. is Chen Junan's current customer with the largest shipment volume. This long-term cooperation order was obtained precisely because he put more effort into it than others.

  At the beginning, Chen Junan took the initiative to visit many times and left a business card for the factory warehouse supervisor.

By chance, he learned that the company has a need to deliver beauty equipment. The goods are large and need to be delivered upstairs.
