Police found Cruz Cabrera Brian Alberto, a 26-year-old Dominica national who seems to have fled, at a business hotel in Nishinari-ku, Osaka the day after the incident, and arrested him on suspicion of illegal immigration on the 5th. Was re-arrested on suspicion of murder.



The man who died was identified as Chin to Ain (21), a Vietnamese national living in Nishinari Ward, Osaka.

According to police, the two were drinking alcohol on the sidewalk with other men, and it seems that they were in trouble at that time.
