The biopic on NTM is revealed in a first trailer

This is enough to arouse the curiosity of NTM fans.

Presented out of competition at the last Cannes film festival, the biopic directed by Audrey Estrougo has just been revealed in a very first trailer posted online on Tuesday.

A one-minute video in which we finally discover the performances of Théo Christine and Sandor Funtek in the roles of JoeyStarr and Kool Shen, a first glimpse that looks quite promising.

At the origins of NTM and hip-hop in France

This film looks at the early years of the group, at the end of the 1980s and early 90s, the origins of the phenomenal success of NTM, a legendary group from Seine-Saint-Denis.

It is also necessarily a dive into the beginning of the hip-hop movement in France, a culture then underground, protesting and revolted.
