At 14:00 on August 3, a photograph of a report issued by Wuyuan County People’s Hospital showing a positive nucleic acid test was spread on WeChat Moments. Wuyuan County Public Security Bureau immediately launched an investigation and finally confirmed it as a false report.
After investigation, 22-year-old Wu Moumou went to Wuyuan County People's Hospital for a nucleic acid test on the afternoon of August 2. The test result was obtained at 11 o'clock the next day, and the result was negative.
At 13 o'clock that day, Wu Moumou was joking with his friends, changed the result to "positive" through the mobile phone software, and sent it to 5 friends including Zhang Moumou.
Zhang XX forwarded the test report to a WeChat group, and then the photo began to spread in multiple WeChat groups.
