The measure was definitively adopted on July 25.

From September 15, nursing staff in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and retirement homes will be required to be vaccinated to work.

This provision, which has yet to be validated by the Wise Men of the Constitutional Council, worries certain professionals and staff representatives.

In Poitiers, the CGT of the CHU expressed its concern in a press release, pointing to a “very tense working atmosphere” in certain departments.

“Colleagues who are not vaccinated are singled out and subjected to inadmissible remarks,” explains the union.

At the same time, a call for a national strike was launched by the Sud Santé Social Federation on Wednesday, August 4.

The repeal of the vaccination obligation is notably requested by this union.

Are you doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, you work in the hospital and you have already noticed a deterioration in your working conditions linked to compulsory vaccination?

Has this provision generated tensions in your department?
