According to the website of the Henan Provincial Health Commission, from 0:00 to 24:00 on August 3, 2021, there were 3 newly confirmed cases in Henan Province, of which 1 case was transferred to a confirmed case of asymptomatic infection imported from abroad. 2 local confirmed cases (2 in Zhengzhou City); 9 new local asymptomatic infections (7 in Zhengzhou, 1 in Kaifeng, 1 in Zhumadian); no new suspected cases.
Since July 31, a total of 17 local confirmed cases and 72 local asymptomatic infections have been reported.
As of 24:00 on August 3, 2021, Henan Province has reported a total of 1,290 locally confirmed cases, including 22 deaths, 1251 discharged cases, and 17 existing hospitalized cases; a total of 62 imported confirmed cases have been reported and 43 discharged , 19 cases were treated in the hospital.
There are 101 cases of asymptomatic infections under medical observation in Henan Province (72 cases in the local area and 29 cases imported from abroad).
Since January 21, 2020, a total of 41,853 close contacts have been traced, and 434 close contacts are still under medical observation.
