The Mleiha Archeology Center in Sharjah is preparing to receive visitors and lovers of stargazing to witness the anticipated “Meteor showers”, which are considered one of the most prominent meteor showers and astronomical events during the year. During the height of the meteor shower.

The Perseid meteor showers are characterized by being active at a specific time, as these showers occur every year between July 14 and August 24, according to NASA.

This year, the peak of this shower will be on the night of August 12.

This meteor shower is considered one of the most prominent during the year, and astronomers and lovers of stargazing look forward to it during its peak. About 60 to 100 meteors can be seen within an hour.

The package costs around 150 AED for adults, and 100 AED for children aged 5 to 10 years.

There is also a special family package for two adults and two children, priced at AED 400.

The ticket price includes a snack, a designated seating area, and drinks such as coffee and tea.
