I don’t know if anyone will ever conduct a study on the topic “The influence of foreign media on the growth of Russophobic sentiments in Ukraine”, but the fact that the prize-winning place in this “competition” has already been assigned to Radio Liberty

is a fact.

The editorial staff of this mass disinformation system methodically and regularly treats its readers with selected slag, doing everything in order to arouse in them persistent hostility and even hatred towards Russia and the Russians, while simultaneously trying to discredit and humiliate the Russian-speaking residents of Ukraine as much as possible, who, according to the authors of the articles and guests of the ethers are something like an archaic and atavism, from which it is necessary to get rid of as soon as possible.

But the greatest cynicism in this matter is distinguished by the staff cartoonists, whose "funny pictures" are regularly published on social networks and on the website of a media corporation recognized as a foreign agent in Russia.

I don’t know how anyone else, but personally, looking at these clumsy attempts to ridicule the Russians, Russian-speaking and simply adequate people living in Ukraine, I have a feeling of extreme fatigue.

From disgust.

To those who order all this, approve and publish.

And not even because it might hurt someone's feelings.

Although this is also an important aspect.

But first of all, because if such "caricatures" in this way ridiculed any other nationalities or speakers of another language, a huge scandal would have happened.

With apologies, fines, public flogging and removal of offensive content.

But since we are talking about Russians and Russian-speakers, you can safely sink to the level of Charlie Hebdo and not bother about the consequences.

Because any, even the most blatantly offensive content on this topic will not cause general censure and will not provoke a wave of general indignation.

Vice versa!

It will be distributed at triple the speed and frequency, without experiencing any torment of doubt and without fear of consequences.

After all, these are Russians.

In relation to which everything is possible.

And if it comes to Russians living in Ukraine, then you shouldn't bother with them at all.

After all, if they are humiliated and infringed upon by the power of the country in which they live, then why should others restrain themselves and be ashamed?

The fact that these pictures are not only not funny, but also frankly humiliating does not bother anyone.

The main thing is that they are popular with Russophobes and nationalists.

Plus, they perform the function of an excavator, which deepens the chasm between the inhabitants of a country in which a civil war has already been going on for a long time.

And not only in Donbass.

But Radio Liberty continues to stir up.

Clumsy, vulgar, mediocre and frank.

Because he knows that this is not only impunity, but also a profitable event.

For which those who benefit from the escalation of the situation within the country, where the Russians and Russian-speakers already have practically no rights left, are generously paid for.

So these pictures are not just the ravings of a madman.

This is one of the tools with the help of which Ukraine is methodically made the very anti-Russia that Vladimir Putin spoke about.

And it is also a method of dehumanization, thanks to which it will subsequently be much easier to declare an unwanted category as second-class people, who can be driven into moral, cultural, linguistic and other reservations without the slightest remorse.

So even the most dumb picture at first glance always has meanings and goals that are not obvious at first glance.

Aimed at those who first laugh at these pictures and then use them as a guide to action.

In relation to those at whom he first laughs, and then ceases to perceive as an equal to himself and endowed with the same rights and freedoms of the individual. With all the consequences ensuing from this situation, which the same Europe should have fully "enjoyed" in the 30s of the last century and which should never have been repeated in our time. But alas ...

It is “thanks” to the same “Radio Liberty” that right before our eyes there is a revival of everything that we, at the cost of huge human sacrifices and rivers of shed blood, seemed to have won forever, and that now is again becoming one of the main threats with which we again face in fully collide and what we will have to resist again.

Moreover, not only on the pages of social networks, but also in real life, where such a dense Russophobia, growing into frenzied xenophobia, is confidently gaining momentum and winning over supporters, most of whom do not see anything shameful in writing all Russians into "Untermensch" ...
