Su Bomin said that the Dunhuang Academy will increase the protection of cultural relics science and technology, consolidate the main responsibility of cultural relics safety, continue to strengthen and improve the academic research of "Dunhuang Studies", actively build a new system for the promotion of Dunhuang grotto culture, and accelerate the promotion of 5G, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. The application of such new infrastructure construction in the protection and utilization of cultural relics has accelerated the realization of the goal of "building the Dunhuang Academy into a model of world cultural heritage protection and a high ground for Dunhuang studies."
