The first reopened cruise ship "Genting Dream" sailed from the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Hong Kong on July 30, attracting more than a thousand tourists.
[Explanation] At the resumption ceremony held at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal on the same day, the Director of the Bureau of Commerce and Economic Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Yau Tenghua, stated that the "High Seas Tour" is an extension of Hong Kong’s local tourism. Under the anti-epidemic measures, the first cruise trip to resume flights can bring a relaxing and safe experience for tourists.

Because "High Seas Tour" (the cruise ship) did not go to other ports to berth, nor would it pick up passengers from outside Hong Kong, this is actually an extension of the local tour. This extension gives the public a better place to go.
Although three days and two nights is a shorter journey, they can at least go out to sea in a more relaxed environment and enjoy a good weekend in a larger cruise space.
Therefore, we hope that this new cruise vacation on the high seas starting today will give everyone a happy and safe travel experience.
