He lived 8 years of beatings and torture.. An Egyptian husband resorts to the judiciary after threatening his wife to slaughter him

An Egyptian husband filed a disobedience lawsuit against his wife, before the Family Court in October, in which he demanded that her legal rights be revoked after she deviated from his obedience, and alleged that she had abused him and expelled him from his home, because of her habitual abuse of him due to financial disputes and her taking his salary and his overtime work as a taxi driver.

And according to the Egyptian “The Seventh Day” website, the complaining husband said, “In the last dispute, she expelled me from my house in front of my neighbors, grabbed a white weapon and threatened to slaughter me, because I squandered 400 pounds from the house budget that I set as personal expenses.”

In his lawsuit, the husband added in the family court, "She submitted documents that contain medical reports stating that she used to beat me, my proof of the injuries she inflicted on me, and copies of the records I wrote against her, after threatening to slaughter me, according to the testimony of witnesses."

And the husband continued, "8 years I spent in the hell of married life with my sassy wife, I endured it for the sake of my three children, but after I had enough and decided to divorce her, she followed me with lawsuits of imprisonment with malicious expenses and took over the taxi that I bought after years of work and hardship, and squandered my money on her mother and sister. My family was deprived of my money and began to charge me in pounds for fear that I would give them money without their knowledge.”

"She expelled me to the street and refused to allow me to see my children, to decide to resort to the family court after I failed to resolve disputes amicably because of her violence and madness, and her threat to destroy my future, and her mastery of torturing me, to live for years in oppression and torment because of her."
