The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, claims to have been raped by the actor twice in 2013.

Gooding allegedly abused the woman in a hotel room in New York.

The judge is not pleased with the fact that Gooding has not cooperated and has not responded to the complaint.

The lawyer for the alleged victim looks forward to the continuation of the case with confidence.

"He did not respond to the serious charges, which gives us good courage for the hearing."

The actor must respond to the demands made by the woman before September 7, who sees the 5 million euros as compensation for the pain she suffered during the incident and afterwards.

Spokespersons for the actor have not yet responded.

Gooding was also involved in an abuse case in 2019, when three women accused him of groping them immorally. He said that he was innocent. In June, he was also found guilty of groping a woman after he had still not responded to the charges after a year.
