At about 1 p.m. on July 29, a road surface collapsed in Huanggu District, Shenyang City, and a passing car fell into it. There were no casualties.
After preliminary investigation, it was found that the drainage pipeline collapsed due to leakage of electricity.
At present, relevant departments such as emergency, urban management, public security, and fire protection have arrived at the scene and are carrying out emergency response.
