US President Joe Biden erupted with new revelations about Russia.

However, there was no novelty in his statements, only the next edition of the old hackneyed disc, which became a symbol of faith in the policy of the States.

So you can hear the echo of the words of the former Biden chief Barack Obama, who at one time spoke of Russia as a weak country.

He reasoned in the context of the statements of the well-known "admirer" of our country, Senator John McCain, who called it a "gas station country" against the background of the Ukrainian events in 2014.

Their ritual is such, where the main thing is the power of self-hypnosis.

So Obama, who, as you know, tore our economy to shreds, back in 2016 issued a cheap print about Russia: “As a country they are smaller, weaker, their economy produces nothing but oil, gas and weapons.

However, they can affect us if we ourselves go astray, if we betray our values. "

All this, with minor changes, was now repeated by Joe Biden, speaking to representatives of the American intelligence community. It is clear that this audience needs to be warmed up, like a fighter in front of the ring, and admonished to many feats. So the American leader said that Russia has only "nuclear weapons and oil wells, nothing more." He also spoke about the most important current tenet of American politics: Moscow has intervened and is preparing to interfere in the elections in the States. All this is for the sake of the same parting words not to go astray and defend "our values" ... Apparently, those same "scraps" of Obama haunt Biden and are a bone in his throat for him. Such is the baton, which American leaders are anxiously passing on to each other.

In fact, Biden said something similar after his meeting with the Russian president in Geneva. Then he also noted that Russia is in a difficult position and does not want to look "like the Upper Volta with nuclear missiles." And this is already from the arsenal of military rhetoric at the height of the Cold War, when the USSR was called either an empire of evil, or a colossus with feet of clay, and the German Chancellor uttered that same catch phrase about Upper Volta. Many "fans" of our country liked it, and they have been repeating it for decades in every way.

The fact that Biden is stuck in this rhetoric - however, like all modern American politics - is generally understandable.

The image of Upper Volta bristling with missiles is their dream, as they publicly dream of seeing our country.

And they are also trying to rhyme modern Russia with the Soviet Union during the period of decline.

At the same time, they demonstrate only their own affinity with the Politburo, dogmatism and the leading role of one party ...

All this is an indicator of a protracted stagnation in the perception of Russia, at least publicly articulated.

In the statements about her, the same tunes sound, which have become conspiracies in recent years.

They are at least rooted in the early 80s of the last century.

What is this if not evidence of serious problems and a significant discrepancy between the real Russia and the way that American politicians consciously form and support?

They have piled up cliches, horror stories that have been around for many decades, and they are afraid to stick out of this forest.

This is how a kind of Russophobic autism is created, immersing one in captivity of illusions.

Biden did not ignore the Russian president either.

Again, everything is in the same context of the scandalous statement about the "killer".

Now Vladimir Putin appears to be especially dangerous.

This, according to the American president, is what makes him aware of the only reality, namely, that there are only oil wells underfoot and a nuclear arsenal as the highest imperative.

It follows from this logic that Putin will at all costs prove that Russia is not the same Upper Volta, but a superpower, and therefore will encroach on the electoral process in the States.

"What is your evidence?"

- just managed to ask the representative of the "Russian mafia" in the old film "Red Heat".

But these.

Reinforced concrete.

Not requiring any specifics - a priori conclusions and inferences are enough.

After all, this very topic of Russian intervention is a banal eyewash.

And if we are talking about intelligence, before the representatives of which Biden spoke, then it is malfeasance in order to show his hypereffectiveness.

It turns out that the president called for something like that.

The office will write, be sure.

I just want to wish President Putin health again.

And again, recall that this is not about Russia at all: this is how American complexes materialize when they see only themselves in everything and everywhere - their mirror.

I must say that all these similar statements by Biden are a message to us. Information weapon form. A kind of programming to make us feel burdened by the very same hydrocarbons and nuclear weapons, in order to perceive all this as a burden and an indicator of our own inferiority. This already happened when the Soviet Union was destroyed, nothing new was invented. But elementarily the same rockets do not appear in an open field, but represent the tip of the technological iceberg. This is what the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said, commenting on Biden's attacks. He noted that we are talking about "a high-tech sphere, which has its continuation in the civilian sphere."

The same Peskov noted that it is impossible to place Russia in the framework of that very old and rather vulgar formula about missiles and oil: “This is advanced nuclear power, this is the development of innovative areas, this is also the most powerful agriculture, the export of which is greater than the money, which we earn from the export of weapons, this is the construction sector, which so far demonstrates a very confident pace of development, and so on and so forth. "

It would be nice for the American president to be aware of this too.

Although ... he knows everything and is just cunning.

In fact, the United States perfectly understands what Russia is like, they know its potential.

Otherwise they wouldn’t fuss, otherwise they wouldn’t be hysterical with sanctions and a policy of containment.

Their Upper Volta project has long been upset.

Neither Russia itself nor its economy has been torn to pieces.

But this is how he dreams, so they pass off their dreams as reality.
