From July 23 to 27, the 2nd Martian Conference-Installation and Performance Art Festival Combining Technology and Art was held at the Mars Camp in Lenghu, Qinghai. During this period, Shanghai Jiaotong University held the inauguration ceremony of the Social Practice Base at the Mars Camp. A student social practice base was established, and the 4th Cold Lake Science Fiction Literary Award Ceremony was held.
The Cold Lake Science Fiction Literature Award, referred to as the Cold Lake Award, is created by the Qinghai Lenghu Martian Town in collaboration with Xingzhi Exploration and Baguangfen Culture. Famous science fiction people such as Yao Haijun, Wang Jinkang, Han Song, Yan Feng and He Xi are invited to serve as judges.
So far, the Cold Lake Award has been successfully held for four sessions.

Elegant, refined and concise, and proficient in the use of literary language. In addition to their advantages, this batch of works also have their lack of maturity and perfection. For example, the plot logic is not rigorous, the language is too strong, and the genre and style are mixed and conflicted. Of course, many of the authors who won this award are newcomers, and they still have a lot of room for growth and progress. They will write more and better works, and even become the backbone of Chinese science fiction in the future."
