According to the investigation, a male assistant police officer of the Kyoto Prefectural Police sent a photo of the victim's body in the investigation material of the murder case to a woman he knew, and on the 29th, documents were sent on suspicion of violating the Local Civil Service Law. I found out by interviewing the person.

The documents will be sent to an assistant male police officer in his thirties who belongs to the Criminal Division of the Shimogyo Police Station of the Kyoto Prefectural Police.

According to investigators, the assistant police officer was suspected of violating the Local Civil Service Law, saying that he sent a photo of the body of a victim of a murder in Kyoto last October to a woman he knew on his smartphone.

The police learned from a woman's consultation that a photo of the body in the investigation material had leaked to the outside, reported the circumstances to the bereaved family, and investigated the detailed situation.

The assistant police said he was not directly involved in the investigation into the murder, admitting that he had sent a photo to the investigation and said, "I got it from another investigator."

No photographs have been leaked to anyone other than women, and no other investigation materials have been leaked.

The police are planning to send documents to the assistant police officer on the 29th, and will consider disposing of the parties concerned.
