Yesterday (27th), Yeji conveyed her support to Hwang Seon-woo through the official Instagram story.

Yeji left a message along with a picture of her finger heart, "Fighting for the final in a while♥ I'll cheer for you too! YEJI"



Earlier, Hwang Seon-woo said, "I like BLACKPINK's Jennie and Itzy Yeji" when asked about their favorite idol.

In response, Yeji responded to her fan sentiment by cheering for her fan, Hwang, and Hwang, who received Yeji's support, replaced her emotion with a cute emoticon that shuts her mouth.




Hwang Seon-woo, who placed 7th in the men's 200m freestyle final at the Tokyo Olympics, broke an Asian record in the 100m semifinal held today (28th) and succeeded in advancing to the 100m freestyle final for the first time in Korea.



Hwang Seon-woo finished 3rd out of 8 in the first group of the 100m freestyle semi-finals with a time of 47.56, and got a ticket to the final where the top 8 people advance to 4th out of 16 people.

Hwang Seon-woo is the first Korean athlete to advance to the Olympic 100m freestyle final.




In response, Hwang Seon-woo said, "I'm really happy with the unexpected record. I want to manage my condition well so that I can play safely until the final." The freestyle 100m final will be held on the morning of the 29th.
