The investigations of the Egyptian detectives revealed details of a horrific crime incident, which provoked a wide wave of anger, as a woman poisoned her husband and three children with mango juice.
Investigations indicated that “the mother administered a concentrated dose of poison to her husband and children, and the children died instantly, while the husband miraculously survived after being transferred to Qena Central Hospital, pointing out that “the mother and the lover prepared the crime plan 3 days before its implementation,” in the village of Beja in Farshout.
Investigations by the detectives, which were reported by Al-Watan newspaper, said that “the woman who murdered her children, had an illegal relationship with her lover, with whom she devised a plan to get rid of all her family members, claiming that the juice was expired,” and the investigations soon revealed the falsehood of that story.
Investigations stated that “the mother received 4 cans of mango juice, which her lover brought to her after he put a concentrated dose of poison in it, and she took it and did not hesitate to kill her children,” explaining that “she gave them the juice and left them screaming in front of her until the children died, and her neighbors came to the father’s distress and took him to the hospital.” hospital to rescue him.
