Li Changxun, deputy director of the Henan Provincial Emergency Management Department, said at the press conference that Henan has issued a special commander's order No. 2 on the prevention of typhoon "fireworks".
At present, Henan Province is still in the "seven lower and eight upper" flood seasons and critical flood control periods, and heavy rainfall is frequent. The most urgent thing is to pay close attention to the trend of typhoon "fireworks", strengthen consultation and judgment, accurate forecast and early warning, repair water conservancy facilities, and strengthen flood control. The project will make every effort to prepare for a new round of heavy rainfall.
At present, some areas such as Xinxiang in Henan Province are still suffering from waterlogging.
