On July 26, Zhao Lian, deputy director of the Dalian Municipal Health Commission, announced at a press conference held by the Information Office of the Dalian Municipal People’s Government that Dalian City found 3 cases of positive nucleic acid test results during the active screening of people passing through Nanjing Lukou Airport. According to the assessment by the Dalian Medical Treatment Expert Group, the patient is asymptomatically infected with the new crown virus and has now been transferred to the Dalian Center for centralized treatment of the province for medical observation in isolation.

Dalian investigated 61 close contacts, mainly passengers on the same flight.

　　Asymptomatic infection 1: a woman, 40 years old, company cashier; asymptomatic infection 2: a woman, 12 years old, student, and a mother-daughter relationship with asymptomatic infection 1; asymptomatic infection 3: a woman, 12 Years old, student.

The mothers of the above-mentioned asymptomatic infected persons and asymptomatic infected persons 3 took flight MF8058 from Dalian via Nanjing Lukou International Airport on July 17, 2021 and took the flight HO1753 (asymptomatic infected persons 1 seat number 33H, asymptomatic infected persons 1 2 seat number 33K, asymptomatic infected person 3 seat number 33J) to Zhangjiajie, during the stay at Nanjing Lukou Airport for about 2 hours.

Arrive at Xi’an Xianyang Airport by flight 9H6018 from Tongren Phoenix Airport late at night on July 24, and transfer to flight GS7655 at Xianyang Airport on July 25 (asymptomatic infected person 1 seat number 24E, asymptomatic infected person 2 seat number 24F, asymptomatic Infected person 3's seat number 23E) returned to Dalian.

　　As of 17:00 on July 26, 61 close contacts have been detected, mainly passengers on the same flight, all of which have been controlled.

There are 122 close contacts of close contacts. The above-mentioned personnel are successively transferred to medical observation points for isolated medical observation. Samples have been collected for nucleic acid testing, and 137 people have been found to be negative, and other test results are pending.

As of 16:00 on July 26, 10,417 personnel had been checked and returned from Nanjing City and implemented control measures in Dalian. The control measures were taken for 14 days of quarantine observation and 4 nucleic acid tests.

So far, the nucleic acid test results are all negative.
