“Nice, our city, which we love so much, is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List,” the politician wrote on Twitter.
He called it a historical event, unique in the history of the city in terms of its scale.
Previously, a specialized committee of UNESCO excluded Liverpool from the World Heritage List.
The reason was "the irreversible loss of characteristics that indicate the outstanding universal value of this object."
