The Council of State referred on Monday rejected requests for cancellation of the extension of the health pass to places of culture and leisure welcoming at least 50 people, considering that the epidemic resumption justified such measures.

The Council had been approached by several organizations representing entertainment and leisure professionals.
They demanded the cancellation of the decree of July 19 which requires that an anti-Covid health pass (proving complete vaccination, a recent negative test or immunization) be presented in places such as theaters, games, sport or museums, welcoming at least 50 people, against 1000 previously.
The summary judge of the Council of State rejected these appeals, announced the highest administrative court on Monday.
