Died professor of the Moscow Conservatory Vladimir Skanavi

“He died, it was yesterday, he had a long illness,” the institution said.

It is noted that Skanavi was a professor at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, since 1991 he taught at the department of chamber ensemble and quartet.

In June, it was reported that Honored Artist of Russia, pianist and professor of the St. Petersburg Conservatory Sergei Uryvaev died at the age of 74.
