Brother and sister in Chongqing fell on the 15th floor, father and girlfriend were sued for intentional murder

　　On July 26, the much-watched case of the death of a sister and brother in Chongqing was opened for trial in Chongqing.

The sibling’s biological father Zhang and his girlfriend Ye were prosecuted on suspicion of intentional homicide.

　　At 3 o'clock in the afternoon on November 2, 2020, two young children from Jinjiang Huafu Community, Nan'an District, Chongqing City fell from the 15th floor.

The girl died on the spot when she was less than 3 years old. After the boy was sent to the hospital, he died without rescue. He was only one and a half years old.

According to the prosecutor’s indictment, the father of the two children, Zhang, and his lover, Ye, were suspected of having conspired for a long time to cause the child to "fall down and die." The child was thrown out of the window by Zhang from the second bedroom.
