This is not stability, but brings destruction and ruin to the family, and hope for every wife and husband. Remember the words of God Almighty and do not spy, and the Prophet forbade betrayal. A man is his family, so he comes at a time when he betrays them so that he knows what she is doing or speaking who or who is with her. This is forbidden by the Prophet and not from morals, but trust between spouses is the basis of a decent married life.”
Hani Sabry, a lawyer and legal expert, told the same newspaper that recording calls and spying on the phone or other means of communication is a crime punishable by law even if it is between spouses, because the attack on the sanctity of private life, whether it is by wiretapping or recording phone calls, or picking up And publishing the pictures is a flagrant violation of a constitutional text that preserves and protects the private life of every human being, and is a criminal offense, as anyone who violates the sanctity of the private life of a citizen and records a conversation that took place in a private place or by telephone, in other than the circumstances, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year. authorized by law or without the victim’s consent. In all cases, a judgment shall be passed confiscating the devices, as well as deleting or destroying the recordings obtained from them.
