China News Service, Fuzhou, July 24th (Reporter Long Min) The reporter learned from China Railway Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. that the Pumei Railway and Xingquan Railway will start to send electricity through the contact network in the near future, which means that the two new railways are planned for this year. The opening section is one step closer to opening to traffic.

Among them, the power transmission time for the Jianning to Guanzishan section of the Pumei Railway is at 8:00 on July 25, and the power transmission time for the Xingguo to Qingliu section of the Xingquan Railway is at 9:00 on July 28, which will be the next step for the thermal slip test of the catenary. creating condition.

The transmission of power from the railway traction substation to the catenary is an important node in the process of new electrified railways.

The railway traction substation introduces 220 kV high-voltage power from the national grid into 27.5 kV alternating current used by the railway line contact network to provide kinetic energy for train operation.

In order to ensure environmental safety along the Pumei Railway, the railway department posted power transmission announcements, set up warning signs, and set up safety nets at key locations along the line, and carried out a rehearsal of power transmission operations to reduce power transmission safety risks.

China Railway Nanchang Bureau has carried out publicity activities such as “entering enterprises, entering campuses, entering offices, entering communities, entering rural areas, entering families, entering public places” on both sides of the railway to popularize railway safety knowledge to residents along the railway and the general public. Strengthen the quality of safety awareness, enhance the public's safety awareness, emergency avoidance and self-help and mutual rescue capabilities, prevent and reduce public safety accidents, and promote the formation of safe production social governance and a good safe production social order.

The railway department reminded that in order to prevent electric railway accidents, residents along the line are not allowed to enter the dangerous area within 2 meters of the catenary; it is strictly forbidden to directly or indirectly contact the electrified railway catenary through wires, water streams, ropes and other objects, or to the catenary. Throwing objects; it is strictly forbidden to climb the poles and towers of the catenary or stay near the catenary; it is strictly forbidden to collect soil, piling, drill or dump hazardous chemicals within 20 meters of the poles, towers and cables of the railway power lines; Flying kites, balloons and other low-altitude floating objects within 500 meters on both sides.

In order to ensure the safety of people and equipment, when pedestrians and vehicles pass through an electrified railway level crossing, the vehicle boundary and the cargo loading height (from the ground) shall not exceed 4.5 meters. When exceeding, the overpass shall be bypassed or the goods shall be inverted; When the upper part of the vehicle or its cargo loading height (from the ground) exceeds 2 meters to pass through the level crossing, it is strictly forbidden to sit on the upper part of the vehicle and the load; Keep a distance of more than 2 meters from the live part of the traction power supply equipment.

In the event of a fire near the electrified railway, the ignited objects less than 4 meters away from the live part of the traction power supply equipment must be powered off when water or fire extinguishers are used to extinguish the fire.

Residents along the line shall not touch or approach them if they find hanging thread ends, parts, etc. on the catenary power line; when the catenary power line is found to be broken, people and objects should stay 10 meters away and report to the nearest railway unit immediately.

The railway department stated that residents along the line are requested to strictly abide by the "Railway Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Railway Safety Management Regulations" to jointly ensure the safety of railway transportation.
