They re-love each other!

NRJ, TF1 and the Cannes town hall have announced the renewal of their partnership within the framework of the NRJ Music Awards for three additional years.

As since its very first edition on January 22, 2000, the ceremony will therefore be held in the city of festivals until 2024.

And since time is running out, TF1 is already telling us that the next NRJ Music Awards will take place live from the Palais des festivals on Saturday, November 20 at 9:05 p.m.

This 23rd edition will be presented by Nikos Aliagas "with the presence of many French and international stars", the press release promises.

A last edition marked by the Covid-19

For the first time in its history, the musical show could not take place in Cannes last year and had been exceptionally relocated to Paris due to the Covid-19 health crisis in order to "limit as much as possible the travel of artists, their companions and production teams ”, explained TF1 in a press release.

Without public and without direct, the 22nd edition had welcomed its artists to the musical Seine.

Vitaa and Slimane were undoubtedly the big winners, winning three prizes during these NMAs marked by false applause from the public which had quite annoyed some of the five million viewers of the evening.

We therefore hope for the return of the real public at the next ceremony.
