"This is why I say that Jair Bolsonaro is a genocidal president," he explains.
"He doesn't think of doing good, he only thinks of doing bad."
Given the favorite against the outgoing head of state in the polls for the 2022 presidential election, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has not officially declared his candidacy.
"At the appropriate time, if I have the same health and the same willpower, then yes, I can tell you that I will be a candidate."
