On the evening of the 24th, the whereabouts of a high school boy who was playing near the mouth of the river leading to Ishikari Bay in Otaru City, Hokkaido, disappeared, and after that, he was found in the sea, but he is in a state of cardiopulmonary arrest.

Around 4 pm on the 24th, a friend of mine who was with a 17-year-old high school boy lost his way to the Japan Coast Guard near the mouth of Shinkawa in Zenibako 3-chome, Otaru.



A search by the fire department, police, and the Japan Coast Guard found a high school student in the sea about an hour later, but police said he was in cardiopulmonary arrest.



According to the Japan Coast Guard, high school boys visited with 10 friends, and 4 of them were playing in the river.



The Japan Coast Guard and the police are investigating the detailed situation.
