As of 24:00 on July 23, Jiangsu Province has reported a total of 788 confirmed cases (including 121 imported cases). Except for 35 local confirmed cases and 10 imported confirmed cases in designated hospitals, all have been discharged.
On the same day, 4 cases of local asymptomatic infection were added, 1 case was newly imported asymptomatic infection, and 1 case was lifted from centralized isolation and medical management.
As of 24:00 on July 23, 42 cases of asymptomatic infections were being quarantined and medically managed (including 23 cases imported from abroad and 19 cases from domestic).
At present, 21,391 close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections have been traced in Jiangsu Province, 20156 have been released from medical observation, and 1,235 are still under medical observation.
