The Xinxiang Detachment of the Henan Armed Police Corps mobilized 70 troops, carrying 2 assault boats, 1 rubber boat, and 2,770 rescues. The supplies went to rescue the trapped people.
As of the 23rd, after 22 hours of fighting, armed police, firefighting, blue sky rescue and other forces on the scene rescued more than 2,600 trapped people.
