On July 23, the embankment of the Shuangji River near Mawu Village, Nanxi Town, Changge City, Xuchang City, Henan Province broke the embankment with a length of about 50 meters.
After receiving the reinforcement order, the fire rescue detachment of Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, 50 people, 11 vehicles, 2 boats and 4 boats quickly rushed to Mawu Village, Nanxi Town, Changge City, Xuchang City, Henan Province to seal the breach of the dyke.
As of 17:00 in the afternoon, more than 160 cubic meters of sand and gravel materials have been filled and sealed.
When the Xiangyang fire commanders were working to seal the breach of the dyke, the three enthusiastic Henan sisters spent two to three hours making more than one hundred buns, stir-fries, and eight-treasure porridge.
The eldest sister from Henan said emotionally: "I want to make a bun for the firefighters in my dreams at home, so I want you to eat hot meals and hot dishes."
