In recent days, many areas in Shangluo, Shaanxi have been hit by heavy rains. Among them, many villages and towns in Luonan County were severely affected, and hundreds of people were stranded and trapped.
The water level of the river is still rising, and the lives and property of the people are seriously threatened.
Shaanxi Shangluo Fire Fighting immediately dispatched personnel and rescue equipment to the severely affected areas for rescue.
Due to heavy rains, the roads were severely damaged and fire trucks could not pass normally. Rescuers carried rescue equipment on foot to reach the disaster site.
After arriving at the scene, rescuers found that most of the stranded people were women, children and the elderly, and immediately evacuated the trapped people from house to house, and arranged escorts to a safe area.
As of 12:00 on the 23rd, after 12 hours of fighting, rescuers have successfully rescued more than 200 trapped people. The rescue work is still in progress.
