48 new confirmed cases in 31 provinces, 12 of which are local cases are in Jiangsu

According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 48 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on July 22, including imported cases from abroad. 36 cases (14 in Guangdong, 13 in Yunnan, 3 in Shanghai, 2 in Sichuan, 2 in Shaanxi, 1 in Tianjin, 1 in Hubei), 12 local cases (all in Jiangsu); no new deaths; new The 3 suspected cases were all imported cases (all in Shanghai).

　　On the same day, 23 new cases were cured and discharged, and 363 close contacts were released from medical observation. The number of severe cases increased by 1 compared with the previous day.

　　There are 561 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 15 severe cases) and 4 suspected cases.

　　As of 24:00 on July 22, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 663 confirmed cases (including 17 severe cases), 87,163 cured and discharged cases, and 4,636 deaths. A total of 92,462 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are 4 suspected cases.

A total of 1072912 close contacts have been traced, and 8742 close contacts are still under medical observation.
