Herself a former athlete before embarking on music, the singer Imany greeted Friday morning on Europe 1 the career of the American sportsman Carl Lewis.

The famous runner with ten Olympic medals and ten medals at the world championships made a significant mark in the history of athletics.

The Tokyo Olympics (July 23-August 8) officially kicked off this Friday with the Opening Ceremony.
