[Explanation] The continuous heavy rainfall in Henan has caused piping in the Huoji section of the Xinxiang No. 1 flood control river (Communist Canal), which is in critical condition.
The Xinxiang Detachment of Henan Armed Police Corps urgently dispatched 100 troops to the front line of flood fighting and rescue.
Because of being soaked in water for a long time, the hands and feet of the officers and soldiers turned white, which made people feel distressed.
[Explanation] At noon on the 21st, the reporter saw at the scene that the low-lying part of the piping river has overflowed the embankment and flooded the farmland. Once the river piping breaks the embankment, it will pose a serious threat to the lives and property of 190,000 people in Huojia County.
The armed police officers and soldiers are divided into 4 groups to work closely with the local militia, cadres and masses, and large-scale machinery and equipment, and are engaged in the task of blocking the piping.
