Producer Sarah Al-Tabbakh, the former fiancée of the artist Mohamed Al-Sharnoubi, sent a letter of thanks to Captain Hani Shaker and members of the Syndicate of Musical Professions Council, for implementing the union’s decision to compel Mohamed Al-Sharnoubi to abide by the contract agreed upon between them, and to cancel his concert, which was supposed today.

Sarah Al-Tabbakh said on Facebook and wrote: "All thanks and appreciation to Captain Amir of Arab singing, artist Hani Shaker, for applying the law and canceling any request for licenses for Mohamed Al-Sharnoubi's concert."

And she continued: "All thanks and appreciation to the respected members of the Council for their keenness to implement the law, and we note that whoever violates the rights of Earth Production or violates."

And she concluded: "The decisions of the union or the provisions of the law will be the response to the law, and no one will deter us from taking our full rights.

The legal advisor, Yasser Kantoush, the lawyer for the producer Sarah Al-Tabbakh, had warned the production, media, advertising, digital applications and telecommunications companies against dealing with the artist Mohamed Al-Sharnoubi individually, adding that the contract concluded between them, which stipulates her management of his business and that she is the exclusive agent for any technical contracts of his, is still It is still valid, based on the judicial ruling obtained by his client, adding that the singer is seeking to implicate the companies.

Sarah Al-Tabbakh had posted on her personal account on the social networking site Facebook: “Respected producers in the art scene, today, all companies that contracted with the artists of my company have the exclusive right to sign any contracts for all artists, because all of their contracts are still valid. It was not dissolved, as they claim, with the aim of deceiving companies, and they are not entitled to contract, sign contracts, or receive money directly.”

And the artist, Mohamed Al-Sharnoubi, published, through his official account on “Instagram”, the text of the ruling previously issued against the producer, Sarah Al-Tabbakh, his former fiancée and artistic agent - who was imprisoned for two years and a bail of two thousand pounds.

He continued, “I think the picture is clear.

I was silent and I couldn't help myself. Things came to this, and I decided that I would not speak again in the media, but I met the insistence of the other party that it interferes with the media and distorts my image in front of people.

But if someone takes the right of another, the law and the court have said their word.”

He concluded, "Please do not heed any warning or warnings issued by the company, because the only goal is simply to disrupt my work, tarnish my image, and obtain unjustified sums of money."
